Cancellation Policy

If You Cancel:

14 or more days before arrival: Full refund, minus a 10% processing fee.
2–13 days before arrival: Receive nonrefundable program credit equal to the amount paid. Credit is valid for two years from the date of issue, for future use at Casa Werma. It cannot be applied to programs you have already attended or unrelated past or future payments.
Less than 2 days before arrival, no-show, or early departure: No credit or refund.
Dissatisfaction: No refund if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its content or presentation.

Additional Notes:

These policies also apply to extra nights booked before or after a program, housing downgrades, and retroactively-applied discounts.
Some programs may have special cancellation terms; please check individual program descriptions.

If Casa Werma Cancels:

We will try to notify registrants at least 30 days before the program start date.
You will receive a full refund for tuition and housing.
Travel expenses are not reimbursable; we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

If You Cancel:
